Cancellation Policy

When you book your appointment, we will ask for your credit card information in order to put a hold on your appointment (New Clients Only)

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Our cancellation policy allows us time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our stylists scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone.

Late Policy
Your appointment may have to be rescheduled as a courtesy to our next client if you arrive late.

No Show Policy
In the event of a no show, we will charge the client 100% of the full amount of the appointments(s).

Credit Card / Tip Policy
We accept all credit cards and personal checks. Gratuity may not be added to your credit card, cash only.

Service Policy
If you are unhappy with your hair or service and need a fix please call ASAP. Any inquiries after two weeks from the original appointment will not be considered for a redo.

Gift Cards  

Do not expire. No refunds.
