Born in Britain, Gaynor has been living happily in the United States since the early 1990’s. She came to the Vasken Demirjian salon with an already enhanced, strong executive background, both in salon and beauty business in general.

Gaynor’s career started with a solid training program at the Estee Lauder Company in London, England, where she also developed her keen sense of salon knowledge. Upon arriving to US, she began experimenting and implementing her collective career trainings towards Business Development sector of our industry. She is well known by the industry’s greatest minds and has been recognized by the International Art and Fashion Group for her achievements in the field of make up artistry. Her greatest accomplishment took place when she joined the management team of one of the largest salons in the US, over 250 employees, where she successfully took the role of salon and spa business manager. Her acute sense for retail sales and business development were further developed by her exposure to the industry’s brightest minds.

Gaynor is truly inspired by the salon industry and stands to be a unique individual with such a specific title. Endowed with passion for business, Gaynor’s motto is “ helping others will only benefit one’s growth”. She currently offers her consulting services to several well-known Life Style and Wellness centers throughout NY State. She continually pursues her desire to help individuals and teams succeed through coaching, personal attention and unwavering dedication. Gaynor’s role at Vasken Demirjian Salon is to provide crystal clear strategic planning and incorporate it with our business operations. Her specific marketing and outreach programs will, no doubt, achieve continuous growth for the future of our salon.
